1 Use of this site

You may browse and share this website freely. Its content, branding and code remain the property of Moonfu Apps and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

2 Quotes and proposals

Estimates shared before a signed agreement are indicative. A binding scope, price and timeline is confirmed only in a written statement of work signed by both parties.

3 Project delivery

We work in agile sprints. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and revision rounds are defined per project in the statement of work.

4 Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of project-specific source code and design assets transfers to the client. Pre-existing Moonfu Apps libraries and tooling remain ours and are licensed to you perpetually for use within the delivered product.

5 Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
